Assalamualaikum and hello all.. This tutorial is about link hover falling effect.

Dashboard >Design >Edit Html
Press Ctrl + F and search

a:hover  @  a:hover {    @  a:link {

Then, Copy below code and paste it below the code you had search.

color:#FF6699; background:url(URL IMAGE) ;background-repeat: repeat;
text-decoration:underline;

The red text change with other  color code here.
URL IMAGE change with URL of any image that you like below.
